Michelle Bullock has extensive experience in complaint analysis and quality assurance within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Currently serving as a Complaints Analyst at Regulatory and Quality Solutions LLC since October 2018, Michelle is responsible for executing and documenting complaint investigations and collaborating with engineering groups. As a Product Surveillance Representative I at Validant since August 2019, Michelle conducts initial investigations for complaint files in accordance with regulatory standards. Previous roles include Complaints Investigator/QA Specialist at MAETRICS and Complaints Analyst positions at Pfizer and Kelly Services, where Michelle coordinated investigations and maintained compliance with FDA and GMP guidelines. Michelle began their career as a Production Team Lead/Documentation Specialist at Eisai.
