Jana has almost a decade of Human Resources experience in the energy space. She ensures that talent and culture is tied into all business priorities. Jana has extensive experience with organizational design, strategic compensation schemes, talent mapping and pipelining, continuous performance management and coaching leaders. In her previous role as a HR Director with RS Energy Group, her focus was on people and fuelling their high performance culture to scale as the business achieved every stretch goal. Jana thrives in a fast-paced environment where she can partner with the business on a strategic level to build out talent and culture initiatives. She believes in servant leadership and high-touch clarity to drive collective responsibility and common objectives across the organization.
