Matthew Goldsilver

Matthew Goldsilver, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Finance at Validere since September 2023. Previously, Matthew held the position of Head of Finance at Briq, where responsibilities included restructuring the finance function in anticipation of a Series C fundraising and the first audit. Matthew served as Director of Finance at Sleep Therapeutics from November 2019 to August 2022, leading a significant restructuring and integration of five operating companies. Earlier in the career, Matthew was Controller at MyHealth Centre, playing a key role in securing $35 million for 16 acquisitions, and also served as Accounts Manager and Controller & Operations Manager at CIBO Clinic. Matthew earned an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University in 2020.
