William Broman serves as the Head of Strategic Accounts & Partnerships and Head of Business Development at Validio since May 2023, having distinguished himself as the youngest recruit to a leadership position at the company. Previously, Broman led the highest performing business development team for Europe at Mavenoid, consistently ranking as the top performer in various roles including Senior Business Developer and Business Developer. Broman's experience extends to strategic partnerships with Under Armour and Sony Electronics, as well as founding Uconic AB, aimed at delivering consulting services in high performance and training. As Captain of the Swedish National Team in Men's Artistic Gymnastics, Broman showcased leadership at the World Championships in 2018 and played a significant role in representing male gymnasts towards the Tokyo 2021 Olympics. Broman holds a Bachelor's degree in Business & Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
