Lidiane Jones

Lidianne joined Silversmith Capital Partners in 2025.

Before joining Silversmith, she served as the CEO of Bumble, continuing her track record of leading digital transformation and delivering products that empower users with enterprise scalability and machine learning.

After serving as Executive VP and GM of Digital Experiences at Salesforce, she was selected to lead Slack as CEO following its acquisition by Salesforce. There, she guided customers in creating fully connected, personalized experiences across Experience, Commerce, and Marketing Clouds. Jones has also held leadership roles at Sonos, Inc. and Microsoft, and previously served on the boards of Compass Working Capital and Astound Commerce.
