Manuel Leyva

Manuel Leyva is a seasoned professional in the field of instructional design and education, currently serving as a Sr. Knowledge Strategist at Validity Inc. since July 2019, while also holding previous titles such as Senior Instructional Designer and Instructional Designer. Prior experience includes working as an Instructional Designer at Return Path from August 2018 to June 2019, where responsibilities involved producing instructional videos and maintaining the company's video library. At Oro Negro, from July 2014 to April 2018, Leyva held the position of Director of Education, tasked with developing and managing employee training and career development programs. Earlier in career, Leyva served as a STEM Educator at HISD from September 2005 to June 2014. Leyva holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Universidad Anahuac, attained between 1992 and 1996.
