In 2000, Jesz worked as an Information System Assistant at Airborne Freight Corporation.
In 2001, Jesz became a Project Executive at ADT and held the role until 2002.
From 2002 to 2004, Jesz worked as an Operations Executive at Khoo & Associates Pte Ltd.
From 2004 to 2006, Jesz served as a Club Manager at Nirvana Pte Ltd.
In 2006, Jesz worked as a Retail Manager at Mini Toons Pte Ltd until 2008.
From 2008 to 2012, Jesz held the position of Senior Media Project Leader/Trainer at SPORT+MARKT, where they were involved in commercial auditing and market research for clients like UEFA and Barclays.
Jesz then joined First Trade Factoring Pte Ltd in 2012 as a Business Development Manager.
