Jesz Chia

Jesz Chia's work experience includes various roles in different companies.

In 2000, Jesz worked as an Information System Assistant at Airborne Freight Corporation.

In 2001, Jesz became a Project Executive at ADT and held the role until 2002.

From 2002 to 2004, Jesz worked as an Operations Executive at Khoo & Associates Pte Ltd.

From 2004 to 2006, Jesz served as a Club Manager at Nirvana Pte Ltd.

In 2006, Jesz worked as a Retail Manager at Mini Toons Pte Ltd until 2008.

From 2008 to 2012, Jesz held the position of Senior Media Project Leader/Trainer at SPORT+MARKT, where they were involved in commercial auditing and market research for clients like UEFA and Barclays.

Jesz then joined First Trade Factoring Pte Ltd in 2012 as a Business Development Manager.

In 2016, Jesz started working at Capital Match as the Head of Factoring and later became the Head of Credit & Operations. They held these roles until 2020.

Since 2020, Jesz Chia has been working at Validus, starting as Vice President, Business Solutions and later transitioning to Vice President, Risk & Credit.

Jesz Chia holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting from Murdoch University. Additionally, they have studied Business Management at PSB Academy. Jesz Chia has obtained various certifications including a Forensic Psychology : Criminal Profiling Certificate from Udemy, an Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Terrorist Financing Singapore certification from Online.Compliance Training (OCT), a Scrum Product Owner Certification from the International Scrum Institute (Scrum Institute), and a Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services (CMFAS) certification from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
