Steve Maslak

Director at Valilly

Steve Maslak is the current Director at Valilly. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Aracar Group, Inc., a fast-growing, multi-national financial services company. In this role, Maslak was responsible for supporting unbanked individuals in Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay who wished to purchase a car, yet did not qualify for normal bank financing. As CEO, they were responsible for all of the steps required to turn around the retail energy provider, which was one of the largest retail providers of both gas and electricity in the US and a pioneer company in that industry in New York State. In November 2008, Maslak changed the name of Econnergy to Gateway Energy Services.

Maslak began their career in the energy industry as the Sr. Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Applied Energy Group, Inc., where they worked for 13 years and 10 months.
