Corey W Foster, MID

Corey W Foster has extensive work experience in the automation industry. Corey W began their career at Parker Hannifin in 1998 and held various roles until 2006. Corey W then joined Parker Compumotor as an Applications Engineering Manager from 2001 to 2006. In 2006, they moved to Western Technology as a Territory Manager, assisting companies with their automation needs. In 2007, Corey joined Valin Corporation as an Account Manager, specializing in motion and biotech industries. Corey W later became a Sr. Application Engineer and then Automation Sales Manager for Northern California. From 2015 to 2021, Corey served as the Application Engineering Manager, overseeing and developing the Application Engineering Team and managing suppliers. In 2022, they were promoted to the Director of Automation Sales & Application Engineering. Corey also serves as an Advisory Council Member for the Cybersecurity for Executives program at California State University, Chico.

Corey W Foster, MID holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Corey W further pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015. Recently, in 2021, Corey attended California State University, Chico, to enhance their skills in Cybersecurity for Executives. Additionally, Corey obtained a certification as a Certified Motion Control Professional - Basic Level from the Motion Control & Motor Association in April 2017.
