Prior to this role, Christy had a long tenure at Hospice of Wichita Falls, Inc. from September 2008 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing HR for approximately 215 employees, overseeing employee benefits administration, and maintaining HR policies. Christy also held the position of Payroll Specialist, where tasks included payroll preparation and compliance with tax regulations. Christy holds an Associate's degree in Psychology/Sociology from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
