Louise Lindblad

Louise Lindblad is the current Chief Product Officer at Valispace. Prior to this, they worked as an AOCS Systems Engineer at Tekever, where they designed and implemented the Attitude Determination and Control System (ADCS) software for Gamasat, a CubeSat. Louise also worked on projects related to propeller design and aerodynamics, image processing, launch vehicle GNC (guidance, navigation and control) systems, rocket propulsion, and rocket engine design.

Before Tekever, Louise worked as an AOCS Engineer at OHB Sweden AB. There, they were responsible for validating the AOCS software of SmallGEO, writing test specifications, running scenario test simulations, and building a framework (MATLAB and Tcl scripts) for logging data and analysing the results. Additionally, Louise developed MC simulations for an orbit relocation scenario and developing solar array control algorithms.

Her career began with an internship at the Guidance, Navigation and Control Systems Division of the European Space Agency.

Louise Lindblad completed the Space Studies Program at the International Space University in 2012. Louise then went on to study engineering physics at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Louise also attended the Viktor Rydberg Gymnasium and the Deutsche Schule Stockholm.
