Ralf Hardegger

Ralf Hardegger has a diverse work experience. Ralf currently holds the position of CEO at Valitas since 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Pricing & Finance Officer at Valitas from 2021 to 2023. Before joining Valitas, Ralf worked at IWG plc as the Head of Business Proposition from 2020 to 2021. Ralf also has a notable tenure at elipsLife, where they held several positions including Chief Business Architect from 2018 to 2020, Head of Product, Process & Solutions from 2016 to 2018, and Chief Operating Officer (COO) from 2011 to 2016. Ralf's earlier experience includes roles at Sympany as Head of Corporate Solutions from 2010 to 2011 and Head of Business Services from 2006 to 2010. Ralf began their career at ÖKK, initially as a Temporary Employee from 1999 to 2001 and later as the Executive Assistant to the CFO from 2001 to 2006.

Ralf Hardegger completed their Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Basel from 1993 to 1997. Ralf then pursued a Master of Science in Epidemiology at the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute from 1997 to 1999. Later, Ralf Hardegger attended the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, where they obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration in Economics from 2003 to 2005.
