Carmina Chia

Carmina Chia has a vast amount of experience in various companies, starting in the field of human resources at REPSOL PETROLEO and later transitioning to roles at British Petroleum and GRUPO VALL COMPANYS. With a background in psychology and organizational development, Carmina also has experience teaching at UNIVERSIDAD ROVIRA I VIRGILI. Carmina holds a degree in Psychology, specializing in business, as well as a Master's in Organizational Development from Tel Aviv University. Carmina is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Umivale Activa and has completed additional education in board responsibilities at IESE Business School. Additionally, Carmina is a certified mentor through RED DE MENTORES DE ESPAÑA.
