Currently, Kimberly serves as the Supervisor of Peer Recovery at Valle Vista Health System, overseeing initiatives that assist individuals with substance use disorders. Previously, Kimberly coordinated the INSTEP Consumer Advisory Group, contributing valuable insights to combat the substance use epidemic in the greater Indianapolis area. Kimberley's roles at various organizations, including the Indiana Affiliation of Recovery Residences and IU Health Foundation, demonstrate a commitment to advocacy, education, and direct patient engagement. With a Bachelor’s degree in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from IWU National & Global and an Associate’s degree from Ivy Tech Community College, Kimberly brings both personal experience and professional expertise to the field.

Since 1983, Valle Vista Health System, located in Greenwood, Indiana, has been providing high-quality behavioral health care to the community. We offer care for a broad range of psychiatric and addiction disorders. We provide care to adults, and to patients as young as age five. Our programs include inpatient, outpatient and medication-assisted treatment for adults, and residential and inpatient treatment for children and adolescents. These programs are designed to help adults, children and teens learn the necessary skills to regain confidence, heal and successfully function at home, work, school and in their communities.
