Jean-Daniel Genest

Jean-Daniel Genest is an experienced executive with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Vallée since July 2017, Jean-Daniel has previously held key positions including Sales Director and Ops Director. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Telops, where management of a team of approximately 20 professionals to deliver quality products was essential, and Chief Executive Officer at Genest & Oligny, focusing on engineering solutions for gas turbine services. At Rolls-Royce, Jean-Daniel advanced from Product Development Specialist to Assistant Chief Engineer, overseeing engineering support to customers, product reliability improvements, and safety processes. Jean-Daniel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
