Lee Wallace

Lee Wallace has extensive experience in the healthcare security field, currently serving as the Director of Security Services for Valley Baptist Health System since March 2006. In this role, Lee oversees security operations for a three-hospital system in Deep South Texas, which includes two acute care hospitals and one inpatient behavioral health facility. Prior to this position, Lee worked as a Program Manager at HSS from 2009 to 2012 and spent nearly two decades at Valley Baptist Medical Center Harlingen, starting as a Security Officer and advancing to Supervisor before 2006.
