Lisa Evans-Gasca has a range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Lisa started their career in 1999 as a Credentialing Specialist at Valley Baptist Medical Center. Lisa then worked as an Executive Secretary at Valley Baptist Medical Center and Valley Healthcare Network from 2000-2003. Lisa continued their administrative roles at Valley Baptist Health System as an Executive Secretary from 2003-2006 and as a Human Resource/Medical Staff Coordinator at Solara Hospital Harlingen from 2006-2008. Lisa then joined Harlingen Medical Center as an Executive Assistant from 2008-2013, where they managed contract approval process, provided customer service, and coordinated meetings. Currently, Lisa serves as the Director of Medical Staff Services at Valley Baptist Health System since 2015, overseeing credentialing and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies. Along with their extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles, Lisa is known for their exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Lisa Evans-Gasca received an Associate of Applied Science in Automated Office Technology from Texas State Technical College in 1998. Lisa then went on to earn a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Workforce Leadership & Training from the University of Texas at Brownsville in 2013.
