Randy Wareham II

Randy Wareham II is an experienced operations manager and real estate agent with a strong background in the auto body repair industry. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Valley Collision since November 2023, Randy is focused on developing company processes and coaching General Managers to enhance team performance and achieve financial goals. Previously held positions include General Manager at Caliber Collision and Production Manager at West Valley Collision Repair, where responsibilities encompassed managing daily operations and employee retention. Additionally, Randy has experience as a Floating General Manager at Gerber Collision & Glass and General Manager at ABRA Auto Body & Glass, overseeing production and quality control in one of the largest shops in the Salt Lake market. Randy's career began as an Insurance Appraiser with United Insurance Group, providing damage appraisals for clients and repair facilities. Education was completed at Kearns High School from 1993 to 1996.
