Joe Crowder has extensive experience in case management and youth services, currently serving as a Case Manager at Valley Community Services Board since May 2021, where comprehensive case management services are provided to residents at the Shenandoah Valley Juvenile Center. Prior roles include Resident Supervisor at the same center, overseeing daily activities and maintaining records, and Program Director at Bill Rice Ranch, where operations and scheduling of sports tournaments were managed. Joe also has experience as a Teacher for K/1st grade at Hardin Christian Academy and as a Package Handler at Michaels Distribution Center.
