Stacey Boal

Stacey Boal has extensive experience in the field of behavioral health and community services. Currently serving as NW Regional Operations Director at Valley Community Services since May 2007, Stacey is responsible for the overall management of Community Living Arrangements in Butler, Armstrong, and Indiana counties, PA, ensuring adherence to state regulations and best practices. Previously, Stacey held positions as Program/Behavior Specialist at The Alliance for the Behaviorally and Developmentally Disabled and Behavioral Health Specialist for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, alongside serving as State Facility Director. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Andrew Jackson University, a Certified Chemical Dependency I Counselor credential from Columbus State Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from The Ohio State University.
