Jodie Klopfer

Jodie Klopfer has a diverse and extensive work history, primarily in sales, customer experience, and management roles. In 1999, Jodie started as a Sales Associate at West Business Solutions, LLC., working as an Inside Sales Representative for a Fortune 100 client. There, they supported product launches and collaborated with a team of Field Sales Representatives. Jodie then advanced to roles such as Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager at the same company before moving on to West Business Solutions, LLC. in 2006. At West Business Solutions, Jodie served as a Business Director, overseeing strategic, financial, and operational aspects of major client programs. Jodie successfully managed multi-site locations and achieved significant revenue growth. In 2012, Jodie joined West Corporation as a Vice President - Client Operations, where they provided leadership and implemented strategies to drive operations, retention, and revenue growth for 50+ clients. Most recently, since 2018, Jodie has been with Valley Cooperative Association, initially working as a Senior Business Relationship Manager and then transitioning to roles as a Customer Experience Manager and Director of Sales and Customer Experience.

Jodie Klopfer completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1995.
