Shane Polakowski

Shane Polakowski is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing technology solutions and vendor relationships. Currently serving as IT Manager at Valley Cooperative Association since May 2021, Shane previously held various roles at Outagamie County from August 2000 to May 2021, including Lead Systems Analyst II and Health & Human Services MIS Coordinator, where responsibilities included project management, user support, and implementation of technology systems across departments. Shane began a career in management at Dairy Queen, advancing from a part-time position to a full-time store manager.
