John Ratliff

John Ratliff has over 20 years of experience in the field of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Currently serving as a Virtual Construction professional at Valley Electric Company since July 2015, John previously held roles including Sr. CAD Administrator at CH2M HILL and CAD/BIM Manager at Southland Industries. Additional experience includes positions such as CAD & IT Systems Manager at Infrastructure Engineers and Supervising CAD Analyst / Systems Administrator at Parsons. John’s career began as a CAD & IT Manager / Project Support Supervisor at Petro Infrastructure Engineers. Educationally, John Ratliff earned a Vocational Degree in Architectural and Marine Drafting from Solano Community College between 1981 and 1984.
