Heather Vaughn

Heather Vaughn is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various roles across different organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Valley Family Health Care since September 2020, Heather previously held positions in accounts payable and administrative assistance within the Emmett Independent School District. Extensive experience also includes a significant tenure as a Human Resources Project Consultant at AmeriBen/IEC Group, where responsibilities encompassed employee engagement surveys, Affirmative Action planning, and client relationship management. Heather has contributed articles to industry publications and has been active in professional organizations, enhancing skills in leadership and human resource management. Education includes two Bachelor’s degrees from Boise State University in Human Resources and General Business.
