Annie Maurer

Annie Maurer is a Culinologist in the Research, Culinary, Innovation Department at Valley Fine Foods since September 2020. Prior to this role, Annie served as Lead Product Developer at CCD Innovation where responsibilities included new product ideation, client relationship management, product formulation, and cost optimization. Annie's experience also includes various positions in product development and baking roles at companies such as Chunk-N-Chip and Knead Doughnuts, alongside a foundational role as Pastry Chef and Line Chef at Tender Greens. Annie holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition and Culinary Food Science, Research & Product Development from Johnson & Wales University, completed in 2019.
