Rowena Gatmaitan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance, as well as legal practice. Currently serving as the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager at Valley Fine Foods since September 2020, Rowena previously held roles such as Attorney at Law and Food Safety and Quality Assurance Assistant Manager at Cache Creek Foods. With a foundation in quality management spanning multiple companies, including Kerry Group and Santini Foods, Rowena has demonstrated expertise in HACCP, internal audits, and food safety compliance. Rowena's academic background includes an MBA in Operations Management from Golden Gate University, a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from the University of the Philippines, and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Bulacan State University.
