Melody Caulfield

Melody Caulfield has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Melody started their career as a Management Analyst at the Family Court of Delaware in 2010 and worked there until 2015. After that, they worked as a Data Analyst at the Kennett Consolidated School District from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined LCH Health and Community Services as a Compliance & Accreditation Administrator/Operations, Compliance, & Dental Manager and stayed with the company until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Melody worked as a Compliance Manager at Spark Dental Management. In 2022, they joined Union Community Care as the Director of Compliance and worked there until 2023. Currently, they are the Director of Quality and Compliance at Valley Forge Medical Center and Hospital.

Melody Caulfield obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of North Georgia, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Melody later pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Sociology at the University of Delaware from 2008 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Healthcare Compliance certification from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) in December 2018, and an OSHA 30 certification from the OSHA Training Institute in September 2017. Melody also completed Ambulatory Care Risk Management Certificate Levels I, II, III, IV from ERCI, although the specific months and years of completion are unknown.
