Nate Boateng currently serves as Vice President of Community Impact & Engagement at Valley Health Partners Community Health Center, overseeing the integration of community commitment into organizational activities and acting as a primary community advocate. Previously, Nate held various roles at Lehigh Valley Health Network, including Strategist for Community Partnerships and Health Improvement, where strategic communications were led for the Pool Institute for Health, and Project Analyst, Network Transformation, managing data analysis and communication strategies across departments. Nate also served as Senior Data Coordinator and Data & Comms Coordinator in Community Health, focusing on reporting and data collection for health programs, and began the career as an Infusion Pharmacy Technician. Nate holds a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication from Muhlenberg College.

Valley Health Partners Community Health Center (VHPCHC) is a nonprofit organization recognized as a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC-LA) by Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA). An FQHC-LA is a community health center that provides comprehensive primary care and other services such as interpretation, transportation and health education for the community population. An FQHC-LA does not turn patients away based on their ability to pay and removes financial barriers for receiving care. FQHC-LAs provide whole-person care, creating opportunities for the health center to look beyond medical care and focus on social determinants of health that could be some of the underlying causes of poor health. VHPCHC is proud to offer these services to all members of our community!
