Justin Keller

Justin Keller is an experienced financial executive with a strong background in health economics and managed care. Currently serving as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Valley Health Plan since March 2020, Justin has held several key roles, including Interim Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Director of Managed Care Programs, overseeing comprehensive financial operations such as premium setting, forecasting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this, Justin was Finance Director at Central California Alliance for Health, managing financial functions and a team of analysts. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Kaiser Permanente, where Justin directed a $1B budget process and led various financial analysis initiatives. Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Sacramento State University.
