Michele Nichols

Michele Nichols has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. MIchele started their career in 2000 as the Chief Nursing Officer at Valley Hospital Medical Center Las Vegas-Valley Health System. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing nursing staff and patient care units. MIchele also managed operational and capital expenditure and ensured patient access to services. In 2007, they joined Valley health System as the System Director of Education, Learning & Development. MIchele provided training sessions and developed education programs for over 5000 employees. Michele also served as the Chief Learning Officer at Valley Health System and held the position of System Director of Education, Learning and Development at UHS.
