Glen Bouder completed a Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies Bachelor's degree at Juniata College from 1981 to 1985. Glen then attended West Virginia University School of Medicine from 1987 to 1991, earning a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree. Subsequently, they pursued a Pulmonary Medicine Fellowship at The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at The University of Vermont from 1994 to 1996. Finally, they completed a Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences from 1996 to 1997.
