Tim Sinclair

Tim Sinclair, PHR, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Valley Health since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Management Consultant Sr. and Employee Relations Consultant at VCU Health, where Tim developed talent management programs and addressed employee relations issues. Additional experience encompasses positions at Virginia Premier Health Plan, Inc. as an HR Business Partner and Corporate Trainer, and at Marten Transport in various managerial roles, including Regional Operations Manager. Tim began a career in education and performance with ComedySportz Improv Theatre, facilitating corporate workshops. Tim holds an Undergraduate Certificate in Cyber Security from SANS Technology Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
