Debbie Barr-Wright

Debbie Barr-Wright, M.Div, MA CLS, BCC, currently serves as a Hospice Chaplain at Valley Home Care, providing emotional and spiritual support to end-of-life patients and their families since March 2019. In addition, Debbie has been a Clinical Chaplain with the Visiting Chaplains Association since May 2017 and previously held corporate and hospital chaplaincy roles at Marketplace Chaplains and Valley Health, respectively. Prior experience includes administrative support positions in various organizations, most notably at Ernst & Young LLP, Quest Diagnostics, and Hewlett-Packard Company. Debbie holds a Master of Divinity from Liberty University and completed Clinical Pastoral Education at Hackensack University Medical Center. A Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration Management were also earned from Fairleigh Dickinson University and Bergen Community College, respectively.
