Malissa Gonzales

Malissa Gonzales has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Malissa is currently working as a Business Systems Analyst at Valley Hope, where they are responsible for training the company on a new electronic medical records system. Prior to this, they worked at Cabela's as a Club Membership Manager under the Capital One umbrella, where they served as the Credit Card Manager for the store. Before their role at Cabela's, they held the position of Outpatient Business Manager at Valley Hope, where they managed and supervised support staff employees across multiple outpatient locations. During their tenure as Outpatient Business Manager, they implemented streamlined processes and developed training guides for the business office staff to improve overall team efficiency.

Malissa Gonzales attended the University of Northern Colorado from 2000 to 2002, where they pursued a field of study in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Malissa also attended the University of Phoenix and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, completing their studies in 2006.
