Marissa Davis is an experienced nursing professional with a strong background in leadership and patient care management. Currently serving as the Director of Nursing at Valley Hope since October 2019, Marissa plays a key role in fostering a collaborative work environment within the facility's leadership team at a Residential Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center. Prior to this position, Marissa worked at Phillips County Health Systems as an RN/Skilled Swingbed Coordinator, where responsibilities included coordinating patient care and discharge planning. Marissa also held roles at Phillips County Retirement Center as LPN/Assistant Director of Nursing and at Corizon Health as an LPN, managing medication administration and patient care. Academic qualifications include a BSN and a Master's degree in Nursing Administration and Research from Western Governors University, along with an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Colby Community College.
