Carol Marie Mateo has a diverse background in healthcare and business. Currently serving as a Volunteer RDN and Volunteer Pet Therapist at Valley Hospital since June 2019 and at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center since August 2022, respectively, Carol also volunteers with The Seeing Eye since 2021. Prior to these roles, Carol had a significant tenure at IBM from 1983 to 1993, where responsibilities included Administrator and Contract Specialist. Carol holds a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Johnson State College.
