Michael Berger serves as the Business Relationship Manager for Work Comp & Occupational Health at Valley Immediate Care, focusing on establishing long-term business relationships and addressing client needs since October 2022. Berger previously held the position of Occupational Health Manager at Alevia Physical Therapy and successfully owned and operated Smart Packs LLC, a digital marketing business centered on video games. With a solid foundation in athletic training, Berger has worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer at Athletico, transforming client perceptions of athletic training services, and provided athletic training services at underserved high schools through Sports Medicine Connection. As the Director of the Escape To Reality Challenge Course at Taylor University, Berger enhanced program profitability and managed a team of college students. Berger holds a Master’s degree in Parks, Recreation, Leisure, and Fitness Studies from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Whitworth University.

Valley Immediate Care is able to diagnose and treat most episodic illness and injury with on-site laboratory and x-ray services. Valley Immediate Care provides a stimulating and supportive work environment for staff members. Valley Immediate Care also has an Aesthetics department which was developed to help at-risk youth in the community remove tattoos for free! The Aesthetics department also provides other services such as toenail fungus, unwanted hair, age spots, and spider veins removals. Other treatments include Botox, Fillers, & Microneedling.
