Eric Hammons

Eric Hammons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and organizational change. Currently serving as a Principal and Managing Senior Consultant at Point B since July 2012, Eric also contributes as a School Board Member at Villa Montessori School Phoenix and as a member of Valley Leadership, Class of 35. With a background that includes a Fellowship at the Flinn Foundation and board memberships at The Black Chamber of Arizona and Phoenix Center for the Arts, Eric has a strong commitment to community involvement. Prior roles include Director of Strategy & Product Development at eeH Consulting and Organizational Change Management Functional Lead at GCSS-Army. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and completed a short program in Strategy for Health Care Delivery at Harvard Business School in February 2022.
