Shelly Caldejon currently serves as the Lead Professional Development Specialist at Valley Medical Center, where responsibilities include facilitating new-hire orientations and coordinating medical-surgical nursing residencies. Shelly also has extensive experience as an Assistant Nurse Manager, overseeing a neurology and cardiology unit, and previously worked as a Charge Nurse in both neurology and nephrology units. With a background in nursing education, Shelly has acted as a Distance Clinical Instructor at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, guiding students through their accelerated BSN programs. Shelly holds a Master's degree in Nursing Education from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Washington, along with an Associate of Arts degree in Biology.
