Danielle Dziok Pa-C

Danielle Dziok, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant at Valley Medical Group, P.C. since March 2022. Dziok has a strong background in polysomnography, having served as a Polysomnographic Technologist at Baystate Health, ProHealth Physicians, and Bristol Hospital and Health Care Group, Inc. from 2017 to 2020. Dziok began in the field as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist at Persante Health Care from 2015 to 2017 and completed a clinical student role at Catholic Medical Center in 2014-2015. Dziok holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Westfield State University (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Southern New Hampshire University (2016-2018).
