Julie Rael

Julie Rael has over 15 years of extensive experience in behavioral health, currently serving as Vice President of Quality Assurance and Corporate Compliance and Chief Clinical Officer at Valley Behavioral Health since 2010. Prior roles at Valley Behavioral Health include Psychotherapist, Clinical Director of Adult Services, and Program Manager. Additionally, Julie served as a Field Instructor at the University of Utah from 2012 to 2022 and held various positions as a Social Service Worker, Program Supervisor, and Case Manager at Valley Behavioral Health from 2005 to 2010. Julie holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Utah, earned between 2008 and 2010.
