Natalie Morrow

Natalie Morrow is an experienced urban planner currently serving as an Associate Planner in Service Planning at Valley Metro RPTA since September 2025. Previously, Natalie held various roles, including a Housing Impact Maker Intern at Valley Leadership, where research on housing projects and community advocacy was conducted, and a Transportation Planning Intern at the Maricopa Association of Governments, contributing to significant transportation planning initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as a Lead Graphic Designer at Adams Edge Marketing, where design and data analysis were key responsibilities, and a Customer Service Representative at Arizona State University, assisting with housing inquiries. Natalie also has a background in education as an Elementary School Counselor and as a Social Media Manager for Foster Futures Together. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Planning at Arizona State University, Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Planning, emphasizing city, urban, community, and regional planning.
