Erika Baird has extensive experience in nonprofit and corporate environments, currently serving as a System Analyst, Donor Relations Specialist, and Development Coordinator at Valley of the Sun United Way since August 2012, focusing on corporate donor campaigning and relationship management. Prior to this role, Erika worked at Manpower Group - TAPFIN as a Senior Client Service Representative, managing client account functions and ensuring compliance across multiple accounts. Additional experience includes administrative roles at TAMRO Capital Partners and Vanguard, as well as a human resources internship at Clifton Gunderson L.L.P. Erika holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
