Nicole Schweitzer

Nicole Schweitzer, MsE, has extensive experience in human resources and educational administration, currently serving as an HR Generalist at VPI, Inc. since October 2022. Previous roles include Administrator at ThedaCare and Unit Director at Boys & Girls Club. Nicole has a robust background in childcare management, having held positions such as Co-Director of Childcare at YMCA of the Fox Cities and Director at New Horizon Academy, where responsibilities involved compliance with standards, employee education, and supervision. Additionally, as the Owner of Bottom Up Entertainment, LLC, Nicole promoted artists and managed events. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Professional Counseling from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Development from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
