Damon George

Damon George has over 24 years of experience in Facilities Management. DAMON is currently working as the Director of Facilities and Engineering at Marin Health Medical Center. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Leader and Facilities Management Consultant. Damon also served as the Director of Facilities Operations & Maintenance, and Emergency Management at Valley Presbyterian Hospital. DAMON has experience as an Advisor at AdvisoryCloud and as the Director of Facilities Management at Dignity Health Saint Francis Memorial Hospital. Additionally, Damon worked as the Interim Director of Facilities and Senior Project Manager at Origins Solutions, where they successfully led the construction of Northern California's largest burn center. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Project Manager at STANFORD HOSPITAL & CLINICS (POUND MANAGEMENT), overseeing mechanical and construction projects for both Stanford Hospital and Lucile Packard Hospital.

Damon George, CSM attended Tuskegee University from 1987 to 1992, where they studied Construction Science and Management. DAMON obtained their Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in July 2020. In addition to their formal education, Damon has also acquired additional certifications including "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself" from LinkedIn in May 2020 and the Healthcare Accreditation Certification Program (HACP) from CIHQ - Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality in August 2020.
