Scott Andritsch, MBA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry and financial management. Scott began their career at ProMedica as a Senior Accountant, responsible for reporting financial activities and conducting variance analysis. Scott then worked at Sinclair International as a Controller, overseeing financial and costing activities. At Indiana University Health, they served as the Chief Financial Officer/Vice President of Finance for IU Health Morgan, implementing labor productivity improvements and optimizing fiscal services. Scott also held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Madison Center and Hospital, where they successfully guided the organization from operational loss to break-even through expense reductions and revenue cycle improvements. Scott later joined Quorum Health Resources as the Chief Financial Officer of Sullivan County Community Hospital, focusing on financial operations and generating net revenue. Prior to that, they were the Director of Financial Services at Goshen Health, where they improved the efficiency of the month-end financial closing cycle. Scott also gained teaching experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Southern New Hampshire University and ITT Technical Institute. Currently, they are the Vice President/Chief Financial Officer at Valley Professionals Community Health Center, overseeing financial leadership and services for various healthcare clinics in Indiana.

Scott Andritsch, MBA, obtained their education in a sequential manner, starting with an Associates degree in Accounting from International Business College from 1989 to 1990. Scott then pursued a Bachelors degree in Organizational Management from Huntington University, which they completed from 1994 to 2002. Furthermore, Scott pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and completed it from 2002 to 2004.
