Esther Gonzalez has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Esther began their career in 1998 as Human Resources Director at ATR International, where they managed all aspects of the HR functions and developed all hiring procedures imperative to the staffing industry. In 2007, they moved to Valley Services Electronics as Human Resources Manager. In this role, they partnered with the Executive team and hiring managers to attract, manage and grow the talent that the business depended on. Her responsibilities included comprehensive leadership of all major functional areas of HR, including Policies and Procedures, Employee Relations, Employee Communications, HR Best Practices, Legal Compliance, Immigration Law, Workers Compensation Management, EEO Reporting, Employee Benefits Programs, Recruitment and Retention, Onboarding, and Contingent Workforce Management.
