Jean Oestreich

Jean Oestreich has extensive experience in education and technology, currently serving as Vice President of the Valley Stream Teacher Center since September 2013. In addition, Jean Oestreich has been a Technology Education Teacher for Valley Stream UFSD 24 since August 1999, focusing on integrating technology into the classroom Common Core curriculum for grades 3-6. Previous experience includes a role as a Computer Programmer at Smith Barney Harris Brokerage Firm from September 1983 to October 1989, where Jean Oestreich designed, developed, and supported an online Mortgage Backed Security Entry and Reporting system, and also worked as a Computer Programmer at Smith Barney during the same period.
