George D. Trantow

George Trantow, FACHE, serves as the Chief of Physician Operations at Valley View Hospital since April 2015, overseeing leadership for twenty integrated medical practices with an emphasis on practice acquisition, physician recruitment, and quality improvement. Prior to this role, George was the Executive Director at Aspen Orthopaedic Associates from June 1997 to June 2015, managing several locations and leading the Midvalley Ambulatory Surgery Center and Midvalley Imaging Center. George held the position of Executive Director at Front Range Orthopaedics, PC, from April 1995 to June 1997, where efforts focused on merging groups to enhance efficiency and physician compensation. George's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer for Ambulatory Services at Evans Army Community Hospital and various leadership roles within the U.S. Army Medical Department. George holds a Master in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Zoology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
