Layla Koons

Layla Koons is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in school counseling and psychology. Currently serving as a School Counselor at Valley View Local Schools in Ohio since August 2021, Layla previously held the same role at Camden Primary School from August 2019 to December 2021. Earlier in the career, Layla worked as a School Psychologist Assistant at Preble Shawnee Local School District in 2018-2019 and as a Choir Director at Preble Shawnee High School from 2013 to 2018. Layla Koons holds a Master of Science in Education in School Counseling from the University of Dayton (2015-2018) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Teacher Education from Ohio University (2008-2012).
